Although the original idea was exclusively a residential village, gives to the real estate investor the opportunity to join our rental program for the first 2 year 6% return of the property price, with an annual guarantee paid after one month of full payment. After this rental period, the owner is free to go to live in the villa, manage by his own or join our Rental Pool with a 70/30% of profit sharing between owner (70%) and developer (30%).

The owners during the rental program will also have a free stay of 14 nights at Utopia Yamu. No maintenance fee are due during the rental. Maintenance fees include public walkway cleaning, public landscape maintenance, public lighting, public area business management, residential area safety, public pool maintenance, public road maintenance and pest control.

The owners of Utopia Yamu will become automatically members of Club Utopia and they receive 15% discount on spa services and dining, 50% off to book extra nights at any Utopia Properties.
